We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We can provide a return label for a £10 fee on small items, which will be deducted from your refund. Larger items prices may vary.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

All our footstools can be upholstered in any fabric from our sample collection. Please note that fabrics are priced individually, and there may be an additional surcharge for certain options.
