Small Items (Footstools, Cushions, and Home Accessories)

Our small items are shipped via a nationwide delivery service that covers the entire UK, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Please note the following details for small item deliveries:

  • Maximum Size: Our delivery service accommodates packages up to a specific maximum size. If your order exceeds this size, please contact our customer service for alternative arrangements.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Some small items qualify for free delivery.
    • For other small items, a delivery charge of £5.95 applies.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination. Most deliveries are completed within 2-3 working days.
  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).
  • Coverage Area: We deliver to all regions within the UK, ensuring that no matter where you are, your order can reach you.
  • Tracking: Tracking is provided for all small items, ensuring you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Multiple Items: If you purchase more than 2 footstools, these will be shipped separately, and you will be provided with both tracking numbers.

Large Items (Sofas, Chairs, and Large Footstools)

We offer several delivery options for large items such as sofas, chairs, and large footstools to ensure they arrive safely and are set up according to your needs. Please find the details below:

Showroom Collection

  • Collection Location: You can collect your large items directly from our showroom.
  • Scheduling: Showroom collection must be organized beforehand. Please contact us to schedule a convenient time for collection.
  • Contact Information: Supply us with the name and full contact number of the person or company collecting the items.
  • Assistance: Our team will assist you with loading the items into your vehicle.

Pallet Delivery

  • Delivery Method: Pallet delivery is mainly used for chairs and larger footstools and is limited to the width and set height of a pallet.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary, typically within 5-7 working days.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Some small items qualify for free delivery.
    • For a single pallet, a delivery charge from £79 applies.
  • Coverage Area: Pallet delivery is available to all regions within the UK.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Unpacking: Please note that pallet delivery is curbside only and does not include unpacking or setup services.

Van Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery Method: Our professional two-man delivery team will bring your large items to your home and place them in the desired location.
  • Delivery Time: Once your item is completed in production, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Coverage Area: This service is available to mainland UK only.
  • In-Home Setup: Our team will unpack, assemble, and position your items according to your instructions, ensuring they are set up exactly as you want.
  • Tracking and Notifications: We will contact you the day before delivery to confirm and provide an estimated arrival time. On the day of delivery, our drivers will call you to give a more accurate ETA.
  • Pricing: The delivery price is calculated once the delivery address is known, or a standard nationwide fee of £349 is added at checkout.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples are dispatched directly from our suppliers using their standard postal methods. Here are the details for fabric sample deliveries:

  • Delivery Time: Fabric samples can arrive anywhere from 2-6 working days from the date of your order placement.
  • Postal Method: Our suppliers use standard postal methods to ensure that your samples are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Multiple Packets: Fabric samples can come in different or separate packets depending on the samples ordered.

Missing Items
