Professionally run family business, staff are very friendly and advised us accordingly to our requests. The factory carried out a first class renovation of our dining room chairs. This is a lovely footstool and fits so well in our old cottage and is very reasonably priced for the quality. The material is so pretty. I just wish I could afford the matching cushions and wallpaper too.
This was just what I wanted to go with my small sofa. It complements the room's colour scheme, nods to my love of the Union flag and it's beautifully made.

Love my gorgeous Manchester Sofa. We received our Manchester sofa today and we are incredibly happy with the product. This sofa is very well made and you can tell that a lot of care and attention has been put into this to make it the quality piece of furniture that it is. From the start of the process of entering the showroom, manufacturing and to the delivery, the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and could not do enough to make sure that we were happy. Superb customer service! Our sofa is bespoke and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was spot on. I would definitely recommend this company. Top product, top staff and top customer service.

I would highly recommend using New England to anyone. The two seater sofa and chair I purchased are very comfortable and look great in my new home. Their customer service was superb. In particular they were very understanding of my situation when I had to wait for my house purchase to go through, leaving me unable to take delivery of the furniture immediately. They stored it and duly delivered it when I was ready. I would recommend anyone looking for a new sofa or chairs to use New England.

On entering the shop we were greeted by two loverly lady’s They gave us time to look round We were on our way to the garden Center for chairs As we looked at the quality of furniture We decided to chat with the staff to see what they could do for us They took time to tell us about it’s a family run business and was passed down over the years We then moved on to material and designed Our two seater and chair When your sit with the right staff with years of fantastic customer service it’s very easy to buy On our next room we will only deal with these people Five stars 100% completely satisfied
Excellent service once again. I brought my 3 piece suite over 20 years ago from New England and I have just had it recovered for the second time. Exceptional service again from initial discussion on store, helping chose fabrics and finishes through to delivery. Service is fantastic including the loan of sofa whilst my suite was in the factory.

Very pleased with our newly reupholstered sofa ..... collection and delivery went smoothly and on time, despite our front door having to be removed!! The work was carried out within 2 weeks and we're delighted with the finished product.
My sofa bed was reupholstered and I also had a sofa made to my specifications due to my cottage being small. The sales assistant Jay was extremely helpful and the delivery men were most courteous and respectful of my home. I can thoroughly recommend New England.
Absolutely thrilled with the reupholster of our Parker Knoll furniture. Gone is the old fashioned flowery fabric and in its place a beautiful modern flecked grey. The workmanship is amazing! New foam in the cushions means we don’t sink down anymore! I highly recommend New England, a perfect job!

Excellent quality footstool, heavy, very firm, strong padding on cushion (but still very comfortable), velvet fabric is strong & hard-wearing, the piping around all edges is well stitched, lovely rich green colour. It adds charm & grace to the room and is very practical. Came fully assembled in a strong box with foam protection inside. So glad I saw this online, as I was going to buy a leather footstool to match the chair, but this looks so much better, 👌

The footstool is beautifully designed and proportioned. It is of solid construction, generously upholstered and the fabric used is of very good quality. I bought 2 of these footstools to assist my two older dogs when jumping onto the sofas. They work perfectly for this as well as being very comfortable footstools. The company also go the extra mile with a personalised touch - including a hand written thank you card and a couple of wrapped biscuits to go with your cuppa! - when relaxing. Very thoughtful, good marketing and communication - very classy company and product! I will use again, without doubtt.
I bought this lovely foot stool for my husband, who has to sit with his legs elevated for medical reasons. It was twice the price of most other offerings I found online, but I feel vindicated for spending the extra money, because it’s a very nice piece of small furniture. We are both very pleased with it. First, it’s nice and heavy, so stays where you put it. It’s the right height, being that bit higher than others items I looked at. The Strawberry Thief design, is of course lovely. Overall, I think my purchase will prove durable and be much used. The one downside, and it’s not the manufacturer’s fault, is that the base colour doesn’t quite match my furniture’s upholstery. If only 😜. Therefore, I can only award this foot stool 98.5% out of a hundred. I have no hesitation in recommending this item to other people

I am delighted with my new footstool. First of all, the colour shown as Fuchsia Pink is misleading and it is not quite the Shocking Pink that it appears. Thanks to the free colour samples, I was able to match the colour to my rose coloured velour suite and it is almost perfect. The footstool is well made and looks much more expensive than the price. It is an excellent addition to my sitting room, providing comfort, an extra table and a place to deposit my book, magazine, phone or whatever I’m looking for. I was surprised at how quickly it was dispatched and arrived too. I completely recommend this company.
You are never sure from photos of quality, colour, value for money and the overall appearance! I am 100 percent please with my purchase, efficient delivery and packed wonderfully. I will definitely be returning to purchase further items. I am a v happy customer. Thank you.
The cushion cover is beautifully made and looks great. I only gave it a 4 due to its slightly small size. Probably my own fault for not checking the dimensions of the cover though. And I expect that I could have had a bespoke size made if I asked. Great company and would definitely recommend and use again.

I’m so pleased with this purchase We had an old footstool but as my husband had decided it had his name on it and we’d just redecorated I decided to get 2 new ones. These are absolutely stunning and are proper pieces of furniture They are solid covered with beautiful but hard wearing velvet The colour choice was great and I sent for quite a few samples before choosing the one I’d liked in the first place ( usually true of most people) The time frame was small from order to receipt by Royal Mail They look great in our lounge. The only problem is mine has now got the dogs name on it He does love a raised seating position and it’s just the right size for a mini Jack Russell
