Delivery & Returns
Your estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout.
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We can provide a return label for a £7 fee on small items, which will be deducted from your refund. Larger items prices may vary.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

All our footstools can be upholstered in any fabric from our sample collection. Please note that fabrics are priced individually, and there may be an additional surcharge for certain options.

Communication with the seller was brilliant, I asked for some samples of fabric, so I could decide which colour would match in my room the best and these were sent out promptly. It looks gorgeous in my living room and the perfect size and colour. The little thankyou note and biscuits we're so thoughtful and delicious 😋 I would definitely buy again from this family business and recommend to others.
The lovely footstool arrived this morning. I'm really pleased with the quality and workmanship. The colour is good - it doesn't quite match our leather sofas as it is a lighter shade but it is as I expected from the description and photos. It arrived quickly and packaged reasonably well but I have deducted one star as the bottom of the box was open when delivered by Royal Mail. Luckily there was no damage. One strip of tape top and bottom was probably not sufficient unfortunately. Great footstool though and I would definitely buy again and highly recommend. PS Thoroughly enjoyed the complementary biscuits - a lovely touch. Thank you.
